Key Responsibilities:
• Construct Reporting Suites: Develop and maintain reporting suites for all brands, ensuring they align with business objectives and client requirements. Design a comprehensive framework that accommodates both standardised and customised reports.
• Standardise Reporting Formats: Establish and enforce standardised reporting formats to maintain consistency across brands. Define key metrics, data sources, and visualisation styles to ensure uniformity in reporting.
• Customise Reports: Collaborate with stakeholders including clients to understand specific reporting needs and create customised reports that address their unique requirements. Tailor reports to provide relevant insights and support decision-making processes.
• Establish Infrastructure: Set up the necessary infrastructure to facilitate self-driven reports. Implement user-friendly tools and platforms that enable stakeholders to access, analyse, and generate reports independently.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Develop and implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information presented in the reporting suites. Regularly review data sources and update reporting systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, data analytics, and IT, to gather data inputs, define reporting requirements, and streamline data collection processes.
- Foster collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of accurate and actionable reports.
• Provide User Support and Training: Offer training and support to stakeholders on utilising the reporting suites effectively. Address any user queries, provide guidance on interpreting reports, and encourage self-driven reporting capabilities.
• Monitor Reporting Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of reporting suites, including report usage, user feedback, and overall effectiveness. Continuously improve and optimise reporting processes based on feedback and changing business needs.
• Revamp Reporting Tools: Assess the existing reporting tools and identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements and upgrades to ensure the tools are efficient, user-friendly, and capable of delivering accurate and actionable insights.
• Standardise Client Reports: Establish a standardised set of client reports that capture key performance indicators, metrics, and insights across all brands. Ensure the reports are comprehensive, visually appealing, and easily accessible to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the reporting team, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement. Explore emerging technologies and data visualisation techniques to enhance reporting capabilities and deliver value-added insights.
• Analyse Data and Provide Insights: Analyse data collected from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations to drive business growth and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure awareness and alignment with the relevant Quality ISO standards, as well as compliance with legislative and ManpowerGroup health and safety environmental standards, safe work, procedures and instructions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 yrs experience in data analyst.
• St rong knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration.
• 3+ years of exper ience in VBA/Macros development and debugging.
• 2+ years of hands-on exper ience with Python for data analysi s or automat ion.
• Proven experience in constructing and managing reportin g suites, preferably in a multi-brand or agency environment.
• Proficiency in reporting and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc
