Mainframe DevOps Engineer - SC · Hyderabad

Kyndryl is seeking a Mainframe DevOps Engineer and SCM Migration SME to modernize mainframe delivery practices in Hyderabad. You will drive build/deploy automation, CI/CD pipeline engineering, and release orchestration while helping migrate source control from Changeman SCM to Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support mainframe source control and promotion workflows from Changeman/ZMF to Azure DevOps.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including templates, approvals, and security controls.
• Write and maintain deployment and automation scripts using Groovy, YAML, and JSON.
• Build, integrate, and troubleshoot automated build processes in z/OS environments.
• Utilize IBM UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) for automated deployment orchestration.
• Implement and configure IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB) for mainframe build automation.
• Integrate GitHub for version control management and branching strategies.
• Manage artifact storage and lifecycle workflows using JFrog Artifactory.
• Establish operational monitoring and visibility through dashboards to enable proactive alerting.
• Deliver technical leadership and troubleshooting for complex mainframe DevOps practices.
