Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end leadership for internships and placements across TalentSprint, Learnvantage programs, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed outcomes.

• Define and execute placement strategy aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and learner aspirations.

• Build and sustain senior-level relationships with product companies, global enterprises, system integrators, and high-growth startups.

• Position TalentSprint as a trusted talent partner by delivering industry-relevant, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines.

• Drive initiatives focused on diversity hiring, employability enhancement, and inclusive talent development.

• Partner closely with academic, product, and delivery teams to provide market insights that inform curriculum design and continuous improvement.

• Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills to proactively identify new placement opportunities.

• Strengthen employer branding and engagement through strategic use of digital platforms, thought leadership, and events.
