Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Draft catchy captions, micro-copy, and creative social media content aligned with brand voice.
• Coordinate with visual designers to produce engaging image posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
• Engage actively with followers by monitoring comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
• Identify viral social media trends, trending audio, and relevant hashtags to boost organic reach.
• Track key performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth.
• Prepare periodic social media performance reports and present insights for content improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer partnerships and community-driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social strategy with brand product launches.
• Ensure brand consistency across all public-facing social channels and communication touchpoints.
