Role & responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-presented at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
Visitor and Guest Coordination
- Maintain a visitor logbook and ensure all visitors are issued visitor passes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, refreshments, and guest requirements.

Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier and maintain proper tracking records.
- Handle front office supplies and ensure timely requisition of consumables.
- Support the HR/Admin team in coordination during events, interviews, or onboarding.
Security & Protocols
- Coordinate with security for visitor verification and employee access.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling emergencies, fire drills, and safety protocols.
Communication & Coordination
- Send emails, meeting invites, and internal communication when required.
- Liaise with vendors (office boys, pantry, housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management / Administration preferred).
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in front office, reception, or corporate administration roles.
- Experience in handling senior management visitors and external stakeholders is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Polite, professional, and well-groomed
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language
- Prior experience in a corporate, hospitality, or industrial front office setup
