Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visualizing and designing interior space of Residential apartments/ Villas based on the budget specification of client.

• Interaction with the client from the concept to the finalization of Design.

• Create mood boards to sample your design vision.

• Sketching interior design plans. Sourcing products and materials in coordination with the procurement department.

• Inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met.

• Handle end to end design process and release the shop drawings for the Production.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup

• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

• Client Servicing Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.

• Working in collaborative teams & directly with stakeholders to implement designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven work experience in decorating interior spaces.

• Expertise in handling customized ID of Residential / Villa

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is must. Knowledge of SketchUp will be added advantage.
