Salesforce India is looking for a Technical Writing Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal tools and processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information and clarify requirements.
• Create user manuals, guides, and online help documentation.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to users.
• Review and edit documentation created by other team members.
• Participate in user testing to gather feedback on documentation usability.
• Stay updated with product changes and incorporate them into documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in documentation.
• Assist in the development of training materials for internal staff.
• Support the team in improving documentation processes and standards.
