Role & responsibilities

Strong written and oral communication skills are required to disseminate information

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines/ juniors and seniors

• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate

• A client focused approach

• Good working knowledge of MS office including SharePoint

• Exposure and understanding of Risk, Audit and Compliance factors

• Transitions of assets: ACAT and Free delivery

• Mutual fund/Stock transfer

• Asset and Cash Reconcilements

• Cash transfer: Wire, checks and ACH
