Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with internal teams and external clients to understand custom technical requirements.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate proprietary software solutions into client environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code to build integrations, automation scripts, and workflow customizations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve deployment and runtime issues in production systems.
• Develop and maintain RESTful API connections and data pipelines between platforms.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security of deployed client solutions.
• Partner with core engineering teams to feed client feedback into product roadmaps.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing prior to release.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation, deployment guides, and integration specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to client operational teams during onboarding.
• Assist in standardizing deployment automation and pipeline release processes.
