Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Global GBS Analytics Center of Excellence in Ahmedabad to deliver advanced analytical solutions supporting global business units.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytical approaches to address key organizational business challenges.
• Collaborate with business SMEs through discovery sessions to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business users, to deliver high-quality analytical products.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytical tools from discovery and build through iterative releases.
• Build, maintain, and enhance performant Power Query dashboards and interactive reports for global teams.
• Manage and mentor junior analysts on solution design and data analysis best practices.
• Develop automated workflows and scripts for rapid prototyping, data cleansing, and data preparation.
• Automate manual and repetitive reporting tasks to improve speed to insight.
• Cultivate strong relationships with global stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Track, prioritize, and manage user feedback and defect backlogs in alignment with business priorities.
• Work within Agile sprints to execute sprint backlogs and deliver iterative product increments.
• Implement enhancements and post-deployment improvements based on user feedback.
