Role & responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Conduct and manage Background Verification (BGV) process, including vendor coordination, follow-ups, and closure
