Sales & Account Management

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.

  • Generate new business opportunities.

  • Implement a lead generation strategy.

  • Develop and manage networks within the industry.

  • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project.

  • Post Sales, follow up for all payments as per agreed terms.

  • Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects.

  • Maintain acceptable profit margins.

  • Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information.

  • Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.

  • Willing to travel as per project need.

Key Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and Master of Business Administration.

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development of Solar EPC/EVSE & batteries for Solar/EV

  • To develop the Sales market in the segment.

  • Enhance market penetration and business in the Solar/EV industry.

  • Should have a strong network and generate new enquiries, maintain database of customers in the Solar/EV segment and be capable of generating profitable business.

  • Functional responsibility of achieving Sales/Order intake.

  • Strong understanding of solar technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
