FinCrime Operations Senior Analyst - PEP is a delivery-focused opportunity based in Hyderabad, India.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. You will be responsible for conducting thorough alert and escalation reviews, investigations, analyzing customer activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Your key responsibility will be to accurately discount or escalate alerts, focusing on whether potential suspicious activity related to any financial crime is present
• Own day-to-day FinCrime Operations Analyst - PEP workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
