• Own the end-to-end virtual environment capability, including strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and investment prioritization.
• Translate business, clinical, and workforce needs into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define and track key performance indicators for product success.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Facilitate training and support for users of the product.
• Continuously gather feedback to improve product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
