Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns.

• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and product teams to understand design requirements.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and business requirements.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe (Mandatory).

• Strong proficiency in Figma (Mandatory).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related design tools.

• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in EdTech or digital media industry.

• Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.

• Portfolio showcasing design work.
