Role & responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers through outbound calls using predefined scripts

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and services

• Present and promote offerings effectively to close salesMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activitiesFollow up with leads regularly to improve conversion rates

• Meet and exceed daily call targets and sales goals
