Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Manager, Machine Learning on Twilio’s Conversation Memory team. This position is critical to leveraging Twilio’s massive data ecosystem and communication scale to build foundational platform capabilities for the next generation of conversational AI.

Responsibilities:

• Own the development of 0-to-1 platform features for customer engagement applications.
• Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in building machine learning models.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and deliverables.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Implement best practices for machine learning and data science.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning and AI.
• Contribute to technical documentation and presentations.
