Accounts & Finance Analyst · Hyderabad

TechProjects is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level Accounts & Finance Analyst to join its finance operations within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment based in Knowledge City, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, transactional processing, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
• Cross-check payroll records, verify inputs, and support authorization procedures for payroll processing.
• Support end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including billing follow-ups and payment receipts.
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) integrity through regular balance reviews and reconciliations.
• Assist senior accountants with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing schedules.
• Help prepare periodic financial statements, performance summaries, and management reports.
• Assist in preparing schedules and document retrieval for internal and external audits.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany balancing.
• Maintain well-organized documentation and audit trails for all accounting records.
• Support financial modeling and ad-hoc financial analysis using spreadsheet tools.
