Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, setup, and configuration of smart classroom hardware and software.
• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and on-site repairs across client educational institutions in Hyderabad.
• Respond promptly to service tickets and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Instruct teachers and administrative staff on the proper operation of installed educational equipment.
• Maintain detailed logs of all service calls, maintenance requests, and replaced spare parts.
• Coordinate with central technical support teams to resolve complex or recurring issues.
• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) for prompt issue turnaround times.
• Manage assigned inventory of tools, replacement components, and testing equipment.
• Gather customer feedback on product reliability and usability during site visits.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during field operations.
