Seven Fincorp is an EV-focused financing company seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager in Hyderabad to oversee fleet deployment, ensure optimal operational performance, and manage client field relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily fleet activities ensuring high vehicle utilization and driver efficiency
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise scheduling and dispatch of financed electric vehicle fleets
• Serve as the key operational liaison between financed fleet operators and the finance team
• Track on-ground vehicle operations, uptime, and performance metrics across deployment zones
• Supervise field operations personnel and enforce operational discipline and standard procedures
• Coordinate fast turnaround for vehicle breakdowns, road accidents, and operational incidents
• Optimize routing, turnaround times, and overall operational fleet running costs
• Ensure strict adherence to statutory transport regulations, safety standards, and compliances
• Maintain accurate logs, maintenance schedules, and management reports on fleet health
• Identify opportunities to onboard new fleet operators and expand client financing partnerships
