A high-growth enterprise fintech startup powering paperless, regulatory-compliant infrastructure across India is looking for an SRE & DevOps Engineer (SDE2) to join its founding Platform Pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate on-call rotations, alerting pipelines, and incident response workflows across engineering pods.
• Define, track, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for regulatory and compliance-critical services.
• Architect and maintain the end-to-end continuous integration and deployment pipeline across cloud and client-managed environments.
• Develop access-governance tooling to systematically eliminate standing production access across the engineering organization.
• Ensure infrastructure meets RBI-compliant regulatory standards and high security frameworks.
• Implement comprehensive observability, centralized logging, and proactive monitoring systems.
• Automate platform operations and deployment tasks to improve release velocity and reliability.
• Conduct post-incident reviews, root-cause analyses, and drive preventative platform remediation.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to design resilient and scalable architectural components.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs, utilization, and system performance benchmarks.
• Manage cloud security configurations, certificate lifecycles, and encryption policies.
