  • Contract Manufacturers (CMs) located throughout India. The primary objectives include the

  • optimization of working capital, restructuring of conversion costs, and implementation of process

  • improvements to achieve substantial benefits in both cash flow and operational costs.

Deliverables

  • Cash Potential Unlock~10 million

  • CM Savings (Restructuring & Benchmarking) ~2 million

Key Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate cash release by conducting comprehensive Working Capital (WC) analysis for CMs, identifying opportunities, and aligning WC CM partners leading to PT extension.

  • Lead initiatives to achieve conversion cost savings by benchmarking line-level costs at each CM and overseeing CSC restructuring, ensuring that savings are realized in CPT.

  • Enhance processes at C-category CMs, with a particular focus on FG costing and material reconciliation processes

  • Support the advancement of 2 CMs from C-category to A-category status by implementing best practices in cost control, quality improvement, and process efficiency.

  • Assist in the restructuring of the HC network.

  • Framing compliance requirements and policies

  • Digitalization of cost sheets by standardization of cost sheets

  • Monitor and manage Sigma CM Program Modules (Control Tower for CM Operations)
