• If you want to explode your potential to the limits.If you think that your lines of codes can change perceptions .then you are ready to take up the challenge.then we need you -Opportunity to explore yourself , challenge your limits and realize your potential -No hierarchy, opportunity to work directly with domain experts, business leaders, cofounders Should be able to program independently and guide the tech team Must Have: -Full Stack Developer and Architect in any of the following languages PHP/ Java / Python -Experience with JSON and RESTful web services -MVC framework like (CodeIgnitor, Springs, Django) in any of PHP/Java/Python -JS/AJAX proficiency with exposure to any framework (JQuery, AngularJS, DWR, GWT etc.) -Experience with OOPS, Data Structures -Experience with Relational database design, SQL databases, NOSQL -Expert with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap -Knowledge of NO-SQL DB (MongoDB) and Hadoop will be a big plus -Knowledge of mobile app development will be a big plus Education: We value your skills and experience more than your education Experience: 5 8 Years Location: New Delhi Attributes 1
• Design, build, and improve software systems that support the goals of the Tech - Full Stack Developer - PHP/Java/Python function.
• Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation discussions with pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Break down complex work into clear milestones and communicate status transparently.
• Refactor and simplify existing code where it improves long-term velocity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding fundamentals with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience working with code reviews, testing practices, and collaborative delivery workflows.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams in iterative product or platform environments.
• Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills across the software lifecycle.
