Orcapod Consulting Services is hiring a skilled FP&A Financial Analyst in Hyderabad to support financial planning, technology procurement finance, variance analysis, and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and rolling forecasts in alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Develop driver-based financial models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business initiatives.
• Deliver financial reporting, P&L management, and variance analysis to highlight key operational drivers.
• Oversee IT and technology procurement finance support, including vendor reconciliations and cost tracking.
• Leverage SAP Ariba, ServiceNow SPM, and Celonis to streamline finance support operations.
• Build interactive management dashboards and strategic reporting suites using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Analyze unit economics and business profitability to provide actionable strategic recommendations.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional business stakeholders to align targets and manage assumptions.
• Work within Agile/Scrum framework for continuous improvement of financial reporting delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to organizational financial guidelines.
