• What Youll Do - Architect and build full-stack applications from scratch - Develop frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and automation - Build Python-based backend services, APIs, automation, and data-processing solutions - Design and manage databases, schemas, queries, and complex data flows - Build hands-on AI/LLM-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks - Research and experiment with new AI models, libraries, APIs, frameworks, and emerging technologies - Work with data from APIs, databases, documents, files, web sources, and external systems - Build intelligent workflows, AI agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automated processes - Design and develop REST APIs and microservices using Fast API, Django, and/or Flask - Build responsive, user-friendly applications using Angular or React.js - Deploy, manage, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS - Own technical decisions from architecture development deployment - Manage development across multiple projects simultaneously What Were Looking For - 36 years of strong full-stack development experience - Strong hands-on Python development skills - Experience with Python backend frameworks such as Fast API, Django, and/or Flask - Strong frontend backend engineering skills, with experience in Angular and/or React.js - Solid hands-on AI/LLM application development experience - Experience with OpenAI APIs/LLM integrations, LangChain, RAG, embeddings/vector databases, chatbots/AI assistants, intelligent search, document processing, tool/function calling, AI agents/workflows, recommendation systems,
• Design, build, and improve software systems that support the goals of the Full Stack Developer AI, Python & Automation (Hyderabad) function.
• Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation discussions with pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Break down complex work into clear milestones and communicate status transparently.
• Refactor and simplify existing code where it improves long-term velocity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding fundamentals with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience working with code reviews, testing practices, and collaborative delivery workflows.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams in iterative product or platform environments.
• Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills across the software lifecycle.
