Key Responsibilities: 
1. ICAAP &amp; Capital Planning: Preparation of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) document. Evaluate capital requirements against the company's risk profile to ensure regulatory compliance.

2. Stress Testing: Execute stress testing scenarios (sensitivity and scenario analysis) to assess the impact of adverse market conditions on the NBFC's portfolio and profitability.

3. Risk Appetite Framework: Help define, implement, and monitor Risk Appetite Statements

4. Liquidity Risk Management: Monitor Asset Liability Management (ALM) patterns. Track liquidity coverage ratios and structural liquidity gaps

5. Market &amp; Interest Rate Risk: Identify and monitor risks arising from movements in interest rates and market volatility. 
Technical Skills: 
1. Understanding of RBI regulations pertaining to NBFCs / Financial Risk Management

2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, complex formulas). 
Soft Skills: 
1. High level of integrity
