- A successful Sales Manager (Marine - Electrification and Automation) should have:
- Atleast 10 years of experience in sales/business development within the marine or port electrification domain
- BE in Electrical or Marine Engineering
- Strong understanding of vessel electrical systems, propulsion drives, automation, and power distribution
- Proven expertise in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies effectively.
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with marine electrification and automation solutions.
