The main responsibilities are -

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for marine electrification and automation solutions.

  • Identify and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the marine industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Sales Manager (Marine - Electrification and Automation) should have:

  • Atleast 10 years of experience in sales/business development within the marine or port electrification domain

  • BE in Electrical or Marine Engineering

  • Strong understanding of vessel electrical systems, propulsion drives, automation, and power distribution

  • Proven expertise in sales and business development.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • The ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies effectively.

  • A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Familiarity with marine electrification and automation solutions.
