Job Description for Regional Sales Head

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and growing accounts within your designated territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account targeting and proactive outreach

The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years' of total experience, last 3-5 years managing a team of 7-10 AEs for SaaS companies
- Ability to manage inbound, outbound, and partner-led sale
- 3-6 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, automation, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of RPA, AI/ML, and digital transformation concepts is good to have.
- Consultative selling skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms
