The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>10-15 years' of total experience, last 3-5 years managing a team of 7-10 AEs for SaaS companies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage inbound, outbound, and partner-led sale</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>3-6 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, automation, or technology sectors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of RPA, AI/ML, and digital transformation concepts is good to have.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Consultative selling skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels</li>
