Sales & Account Management

Reporting to the Head of Procurement - Supplier Innovation, you will:

  • Act as the strategic interface between internal development teams and external supplier capabilities.

  • Identify and drive innovation-driven collaborations aligned with sourcing and product strategies.

  • Establish collaboration models and oversee contract frameworks for joint development initiatives.

  • Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.

  • Brings strong understanding of the chemical value chain from raw materials to applications.

  • Demonstrates experience in supplier negotiations, joint development agreements, and commercial contracting.

  • Skilled at translating technical trends into innovation and sourcing opportunities.

  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
