Monitoring and Incident Response:

Performance and Capacity Management

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform root cause analysis and post-mortem discussions for incidents. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance. </li>

Collaboration and Communication 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with development teams to ensure systems are designed with reliability and scalability in mind. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights on system health. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advocate for best practices in system design and operational processes. </li>
</ul>
Security and Compliance 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure systems adhere to security and compliance requirements. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement security best practices and monitor for vulnerabilities. </li>
</ul>
Documentation and knowledge sharing 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Sr DevOps Engineer, or similar role. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5 to 7 years of Relevant experience, at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure. Good to have AWS and GCP. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes etc. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in managing and creating a production environment is a must – Minimum experience is 3+ years. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Developing and modifying scripts </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with monitoring tools like OpenTelemetry (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk O, Grafana, Kibana), by covering APM, Traces, Metrics and Synthetic Monitoring </li>
</ul>
