SEO Strategy &amp; Execution

<li>Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, local &amp; mobile SEO).</li>
</ul>

<li>Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and lead generation for university programs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, site audits, and performance optimization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with content, web, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.</li>
</ul>

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage the university’s online reputation across Google, social media, review platforms, and education portals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop strategies to improve ratings, reviews, and brand sentiment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handle negative feedback professionally and proactively work on reputation recovery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with PR, admissions, and student services teams for ORM initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Leadership &amp; Team Management

<ul>
<li>Provide strategic leadership to the digital marketing team (SEO, social media, content, performance marketing).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Mentor, guide, and upskill team members; set KPIs and performance benchmarks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Act as a subject-matter expert and decision-maker for SEO &amp; ORM initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure alignment between SEO, ORM, paid campaigns, social media, and content marketing.</li>
</ul>

Analytics, Reporting &amp; Optimization

<ul>
<li>Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Use data insights to continuously improve digital strategies and ROI.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Competencies

<li>Strong expertise in SEO (technical, content, backlinks, local SEO)</li>
