Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously improve and iterate on existing product offerings by collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and internal stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge, training materials, and sales collateral to effectively sell enterprise solutions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing product support. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product enhancements. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define clear product value propositions, messaging, and positioning for target customer segments. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform competitive analysis to track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, ensuring IndiaMART remains competitive in terms of features, pricing, and positioning. </li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Tech) </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of enterprise products or B2B platforms is a plus</li>
