Product Manager · Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  
• Continuously improve and iterate on existing product offerings by collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge, training materials, and sales collateral to effectively sell enterprise solutions.
  
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing product support.
  
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product enhancements.
  
• Define clear product value propositions, messaging, and positioning for target customer segments.
  
• Perform competitive analysis to track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, ensuring IndiaMART remains competitive in terms of features, pricing, and positioning.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager .
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Tech)
  
• Knowledge of enterprise products or B2B platforms is a plus
