Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis of lending operations and credit portfolios.
• Prepare, validate, and present periodic financial performance reports to leadership.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for operational cost reduction and process improvements.
• Assess and monitor financial risks within operational lending activities.

• Track key operational metrics and loan performance indicators across business segments.
• Evaluate variances between actual operational performance and projected financial targets.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks and business insights for executive reviews.
• Support internal audit readiness and ensure adherence to financial governance guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing technology and automation initiatives within lending operations.
