H I R E is seeking a skilled Chartered Financial Analyst / Investment specialist with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate finance in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle investments, fund management, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis for major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project finance, fundraising initiatives, and structured investor relations.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessment, and ROI calculations for new projects.
• Coordinate closely with banks, NBFCs, private investors, and financial institutions to secure funding.
• Prepare high-quality investment proposals, detailed pitch decks, MIS reports, and board presentations.
• Oversee capital budgeting, liquidity tracking, and financial resource allocation across active developments.
• Monitor market trends, competitive benchmarks, construction costing patterns, and emerging investment opportunities.
• Assess financial viability and creditworthiness of joint ventures and contractor agreements.
• Perform equity research, financial restructuring, and valuation models to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy across all financial disclosures and debt covenant reporting.
