Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and civil engineering specifications.
• Supervise on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and labor teams to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate testing and inspection of construction materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical difficulties and resolve execution bottlenecks promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing project milestones and resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate records of material inventory, dispatches, and on-site consumption.
• Verify vendor and contractor measurement sheets and bills against completed work on site.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to discuss progress and resolve technical queries.
• Enforce site safety policies, hazard prevention protocols, and environmental standards.
• Ensure all construction tasks align with local municipal codes and quality control benchmarks.
