Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce multi-org environments.
• Utilize Salesforce Metadata API and Tooling API for automated deployments and environment synchronization.
• Manage source-driven development workflows using Git, branching strategies, and Salesforce DX.
• Automate code quality checks, static code analysis, and automated testing integration.
• Troubleshoot deployment errors, resolve metadata dependency conflicts, and minimize deployment downtime.
• Collaborate with software engineering and release teams to plan and execute seamless releases.
• Maintain release documentation, configuration changelogs, and standard operating procedures.
• Optimize sandbox management strategies, org refresh processes, and data masking routines.
• Monitor pipeline health and implement improvements to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
• Enforce security controls, governance policies, and compliance across Salesforce deployment cycles.
