Role & responsibilities

• FP&A and Business Finance Leadership

• Set up, structure, and lead the FP&A and Business Finance function from the ground up.

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to leadership across all verticals and legal entities.

• Drive financial discipline, performance visibility, and decision support across the Group. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management .

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

• Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.

• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast variances and provide actionable insights. Management Reporting & Presentations .

• Own management MIS, KPI dashboards, and performance scorecards.

• Prepare high-quality management and CFO/Board presentations with clear narratives.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow projections at Group and entity levels.

• Track and analyze working capital drivers (DSO, DPO, inventory turns).

• Support liquidity planning and cash optimization initiatives. Cost Management & EBITDA Improvement

• Identify and track key cost drivers across IT Services and E-commerce businesses.

• Partner with business teams to drive EBITDA improvement initiatives.

• Support pricing, margin analysis, customer profitability, and cost optimization projects.

• Commercial & Business Partnering , Provide financial input for commercial decisions, business cases, and investment proposals.

• Support new initiatives, product launches, and growth projects with robust financial analysis.

• Enable data-driven decision-making with a strong commercial mindset.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• CA / CMA with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Business Finance roles.

• Must have worked in Services Industry & or E-commerce Businesses .

• Current or recent role in Business Finance / FP&A leadership capacity.

• Delhi NCR-based candidates only (local presence mandatory). Technical & Functional Skills

• Expert-level Excel skills (financial models, scenarios, sensitivity analysis).

• Strong hands-on PowerPoint skills for senior management and board presentations.

• Deep understanding of cost structures, margins, and EBITDA drivers.

• Strong command over cash flow forecasting and working capital analytics. Behavioral & Leadership Attributes
