Professional Skills & Competencies

• Assist the Email team in planning and managing high-volume, segmented email marketing campaigns

• Identify customer journey and its relationship with email campaigns

• Understand and create customer segments of the existing customer database for proper email targeting

• Create email strategies aligned with customer life cycle stages (acquisition, current, retention, and win-back)

• Responsible for all aspects of the email marketing process, including planning, briefing, amendments, testing, sign-off, and deployment.

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling

• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

• Write newsletters including all company updates

• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features

• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes

• Create email databases for lead generation

• Monitor performance of campaigns and provide reports to identify trends and actions to drive performance

• Grow and maintain our email list organically

• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  

Requirements

• Experience working within a similar role within E-commerce business preferably within the health sector

• Previous experience in creating email marketing campaigns

• Self-motivated and independent worker

• Strong copywriting and communication skills with excellent English skills

• Analytical skills with an understanding of key email marketing KPIs and an ability to use data to drive decision-making. Experience using Excel and Google Analytics is preferred.
