EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and Azure cloud infrastructure in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Build, maintain, and optimize robust Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and release cycles.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) provisioning using Terraform.
• Deploy, configure, and orchestrate containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Automate operational and repetitive tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Implement observability, centralized logging, and alerting systems using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Enforce cloud security practices utilizing RBAC, Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy, and compliance guardrails.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, networking, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to enhance platform reliability and release velocity.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while propagating DevOps best practices throughout the engineering unit.
• Drive continuous improvements in cost optimization and cloud resource utilization.
