Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional solution design and end-to-end implementation workflows across client projects.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical architects and engineering teams to ensure design alignment and delivery feasibility.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and status reviews with key business stakeholders.
• Define business process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering sprints.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and validate functional deliverables against client expectations.
• Provide functional domain leadership and mentor junior business analysts on project teams.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose functional optimizations to enhance system efficiency.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bridge communication between non-technical stakeholders and core software development teams.
• Ensure delivered software capabilities align with architectural standards and client business objectives.
