What will you drive?

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models

• Mentor and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers

• Drive innovation in GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and scalable ML systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and use cases

• Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance with AI ethics

• Present insights to stakeholders and align data science solutions with business goals

Who are we looking for?

• 6-10 years of experience in Data Science and AI (mandatory)

• Strong Python skills with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn

• Proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch

• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms: Regression, Classification, Clustering, Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting, etc.

• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying models in production

• Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, and large language models

• Solid foundation in Probability, Statistics, and Mathematics

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis

• Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
