What are we looking for?

  • Graduate in any stream.

  • Experience in the UK Pension- Investment Administration domain (preferred)

  • Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.

  • Up to 10 years of experience in UK Pension domain –Business Administration and Claims Processing including Death Claims (preferred).

  • Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 6+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.

  • Must have experience in New Business, Money In/Out, Benefits, Cash Management & Recon, Payroll, Cash /Credit Control

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise operational teams handling new business, ensure all pension transactions comply with scheme rules, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Review and authorize high-value or complex cases, including member benefits and payroll disbursements.

  • Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation of pension accounts, bank statements, and investment platforms.

  • Monitor credit control processes to track outstanding contributions and enforce collection protocols.

  • Review and assess complex insurance claims including death claims to determine coverage and eligibility for payment.

  • Research and verify claims information including policy details, claims document validation, calculating benefit amount and other relevant documentation.

  • Identify the correct payee or beneficiary to release the claims payment.

  • Collaborate with finance and audit teams to maintain financial integrity and readiness for internal or external reviews.

  • Act as the key point of contact for pension administrators, custodians, payroll providers, and internal departments.

  • Drive continuous improvement across operational workflows, identifying automation opportunities and reducing risk.

  • Mentor team members and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.
