What will you do:

-  Recruit exceptional A-Players to join CleverTap’s rapidly growing Engineering, Product and Design teams

-  Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile

-  Develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience

-  Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool

-  Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs

-  Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods

-  Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to hiring

-  Partner with the People team in contributing to the overall employer branding strategy 

What are we looking for?

- 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in technology hiring, preferably from a Product tech/Saas background

- Experience in hiring for global roles is preferred

- Strong boolean skills and experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards

- Fluency in English

- A high attention to detail

- Flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Experience collaborating with Senior Stakeholders and Hiring Managers

- A data driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards
