• Prepare comprehensive business reports and MIS for leadership and operations teams.
• Automate interactive data dashboards and external stakeholder reporting trackers.
• Execute advanced analytics projects using statistical modeling and machine learning methods.
• Analyze patient care and user behavior data to derive actionable product insights.
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and aggregate data from diverse sources.
• Build and maintain executive Tableau dashboards to track key clinical and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with doctors, product managers, and engineers to define analytical needs.
• Perform statistical exploratory analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for care improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, pipeline consistency, and reporting integrity across all reporting assets.
