• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to align training initiatives.
• Develop onboarding and certification content for technical audiences.
• Conduct live workshops, webinars, and hands-on technical sessions.
• Translate complex security concepts into practical learning modules.
• Maintain technical documentation and enablement resources.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.
• Support rollout of new platform features and product updates.
• Track enablement metrics and learner engagement.
• Promote best practices in cybersecurity, SaaS, and cloud networking.
