Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Lead end-to-end P2P and O2C operations, ensuring smooth invoice processing, billing, collections, and reconciliations.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business teams to resolve disputes and close long-pending items.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Drive accurate cash forecasting, inflow tracking, and regular MIS reporting for leadership.</li>
</ul>

Job Requirement

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Strong hands-on experience in P2P and O2C operations</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Deep understanding of AR/AP ageing, working capital, and cash flow management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or similar)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">10–12 years of experience in finance operations / shared services</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Background in commerce, finance, or accounting (CA Inter/ CA/CWA)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Prior experience managing large teams and complex business portfolios</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.5em;">Exposure to audits, compliance, and process automation is a plus </li>
