• Partner with APAC compliance and regulatory teams to ensure local regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and design teams to deliver scalable product roadmaps.
• Establish clear product metrics, conversion funnels, and real-time operational dashboards.
• Drive user research and customer journey mapping to pinpoint friction in verification flows.
• Evaluate third-party KYC and identity verification vendors for regional integration.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across global product, operations, and legal departments.
• Mentor junior and senior product managers across the broader identity verification domain.
• Represent Wise in strategic discussions with regional financial partners and regulators.
• Continuously optimize automated verification rates and streamline manual operational review queues.
