Venpa Global Technologies is hiring a remote Java Developer based in Hyderabad to build innovative, high-impact enterprise applications for the Human Resources technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
• Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure components on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Automate cloud infrastructure and environment provisioning using Terraform.
• Implement enterprise back-end solutions using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Design, secure, and document RESTful APIs for seamless integration across platform components.
• Optimize relational and non-relational database queries, schemas, and transactions (SQL and NoSQL).
• Diagnose application bottlenecks and optimize system latency, reliability, and horizontal scalability.
• Implement rigorous unit and automated integration testing to maintain high software quality standards.
• Participate actively in Agile sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and distributed team members to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Perform comprehensive peer code reviews to maintain coding guidelines and architectural standards.
• Support application monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting to ensure high platform availability.
