Mechanical Engineer - Tenderin · Delhi

Urown Groups is hiring a Mechanical Engineer specializing in water, wastewater, and sewage treatment plant (WTP/STP/ETP/WWTP) projects to handle tendering, technical documentation, and site feasibility assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, track, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders across procurement portals.
• Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive technical and financial tender bid documents.
• Review eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and compliance requirements for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams for drawings, datasheets, and technical inputs.
• Conduct site visits across Delhi and outstation locations for feasibility surveys and field data collection.
• Gather site-specific information including equipment layouts, utilities, piping routes, and physical constraints.
• Prepare preliminary survey and site assessment reports based on field observations.
• Assist in preparing mechanical layouts, flow diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation sheets for tendering submissions.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain equipment pricing and technical datasheets.
• Ensure timely submission of bids adhering strictly to procurement guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain organized tender records, archives, and status tracking dashboards for management review.
