Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing daily construction activities on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and structural quality.
• Ensure all construction tasks adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and clients to align project goals.
• Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for on-site execution.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and structural discrepancies promptly.
• Track material utilization, deliveries, and inventory to prevent project delays.
• Maintain detailed daily site progress reports, logs, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise labor teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Assist in preparing cost estimations, bills of quantities (BOQ), and measurement sheets.
• Coordinate quality control testing for concrete, steel, and other construction materials.
